The ADR 2015 makes special provisions for transport packaging used to carry dangerous goods when the original packaging has leaked, is damaged or defective or if it does not conform to ADR requirements. Any packaging with a volume of more than 60 litres that is involved in a spill must be transported in salvage packaging.
